What is personalisation?

If you want your journal to be even more uniquely yours you can choose to have your name hand foiled on the cover of your planner.

Write your chosen name, word, or initials in the additional notes box when you check out.

If you would like your name in a different place, or in a different colour, please just get in touch!

Bullet Journals
Your chosen text will be foiled on the lower right hand corner of the journal cover in a copper foil.

Baby Memory Book:
Your chosen text will be foiled centrally towards the top edge of the journal cover in copper foil.

- Single name - up to 9 characters, usually a single name, or phrase.

 - 2 names - 10-19 characters, often this is 2 names over 2 lines.

 - Full Name - 20+ characters, if there are more than 3 names we will work together to create a design that fits beautifully on the cover.

Shipping

Order Processing
Please allow 3 business days for me to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

All orders are carfeully packaged in the most eco-friendly and recyclable packaging I can source.

Shipping in the UK
Shipping to the UK is free. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Royal Mail’s 48hr tracked service.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries, with the exemption of the EU. If you are purchasing from the EU please make your purchase through our Etsy Shop.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Royal Mail’s international tracked service. There are some countries where tracking is not available

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Estimated delivery times is between 7 and 10 working days, however this can take longer dues to customs.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the unique nature of our personalise journals we are unable to accept returns of any book that has been personalised, unless there is a product fault.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package and you will be responsible for posting the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale itemsigital downloads, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. This does not apply to custom or personalised products. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the product has reached us in the condition we sent it out, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
